Meet Jonathan Owens

Jonathan Owens is a native of North Carolina, raised in the scenic western part of the state. A graduate of Campbell University’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business, he has proudly served the Triangle area since 2009.

Since entering real estate, Jonathan has helped over 315 buyers and sellers achieve their goals, representing more than $79 million in closed sales. His education and designations — including Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) — reflect his commitment to professional excellence and client success.

Jonathan lives in Apex with his wife and daughter, where he enjoys gardening, hockey (a loyal Carolina Hurricanes fan), exploring new restaurants, attending music festivals, and experimenting with new recipes on his Traeger grill. A dedicated community member, he’s served as his neighborhood’s first HOA President, coached for Special Olympics North Carolina, and supports local charities such as the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation, Methodist Home for Children, and Grandfather Mountain.
