In the heart of Morrisville is the all new Wake Competition Center, this facility situated on over 30 acres is amazing! It features Volleyball with 8 professional indoor courts and 3 outdoor sand courts. Soccer with 2 full sized, lit turf fields, plus restroom facilities. These fields are home to NCFC Youth and TASL. Gymnastics with the largest gymnastics facility in the triangle. WCC is also home to the premier Ice Skating venue in the southeast. The venue features 2 sheets of ice and is capable of holding 1700 spectators. The rink is the permanent practice facility for the Carolina Hurricanes. The ice is also home to the NC State Icepack. As well as Carolina Hurricanes youth hockey programs.
